By accessing or using Rally (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Rally is operated by Rally Tonight ("Rally", "we", "us", or "our").

To use Rally, you must:

• Be 19 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Log in using an approved third-party authentication provider
• Maintain a complete profile

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date

Rally is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

Rally is a platform for users to create, discover, and join real-world events. Rally does not:

• Organize events
• Supervise events
• Verify attendance
• Guarantee user behavior or safety

All interactions and event participation occur at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Discriminate based on gender, sexuality, race, religion, or identity
• Impersonate another person
• Provide false or misleading information
• Create fake or misleading events
• Use Rally for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Circumvent safeguards or moderation systems

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

• Event creators automatically join their own events
• Events are first come, first served
• Events cannot be edited once another user joins
• Group chats unlock only when the minimum group size is reached
• Chats close automatically after the event

Rally does not guarantee that events will occur as planned or that other users will attend.

After events, users may provide feedback on other attendees. You acknowledge that:

• Reviews reflect user opinions
• Rally does not verify the accuracy of reviews
• Reputation scores may impact your ability to participate in the App

Rally reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews at its discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By posting content on Rally, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute such content for operating and improving the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Receive repeated negative feedback
• Pose a risk to other users
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Termination may result in loss of access to data and features.

Rally is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no warranties regarding:

• User behavior
• Event outcomes
• Availability or reliability of the App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Disputes between users
• Losses arising from event participation

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
